CARDIO & HIIT

Burn Fat. Boost Endurance.

Our Cardio & HIIT classes are built for results. Short, intense bursts of exercise followed by active recovery periods — scientifically proven to burn more fat in less time. No two sessions are ever the same, keeping you challenged and motivated every time.

Personal coaching at IronEdge is a fully tailored experience. Your trainer will assess your current fitness level, understand your goals, and build a program specifically around you. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or train for a specific event — we’ve got you covered.
